NEW HERMES HANDBAG BIRKIN 35 57 CROCO SHINE GP ( ^ ) ALLIGATOR DARK RED

The skin must be inspected for defects before it can be cut. Cows have wounds and mosquito bites that only become apparent when the hide is tanned. and crocodile skin with insect bites are unacceptable. All defects are circled with a white marker and cut out. All skins are cut by press machines except for crocodile and alligator, which are extremely fragile and valuable. Instead, reptile skins are done by hand using a paring knife or press knives. Due to their constant demand, the Kelly and Hermes Birkin 35CM Alligator bags have cutting plates with subtle differences in size because different skins vary in elasticity.
The hardware on other bags is usually added using screws, but the screws can become loose over time. Hermès has a special technique called pearling that perfects the process.
The artisan puts the clasp on the front of the leather and a metal backing on the backside, sticks a nail from the back to the front through each corner hole, and clips off the length of the nail, leaving a tiny bit. He takes a special tool that looks like an awl but with a slight concave tip and taps the bit of nail gently in a circle until it is as round as a tiny pearl. Each piece of hardware has four pearls–one on each corner–and each is exactly the same shape. The pearls hold the two pieces of metal together forever.
The hardware can be attached before the stitching even begins. Clear plastic film is used to cover the hardware so that the metal is not tarnished or scratched during the rest of the construction process.
